Dog Park

The dog park was a huge success! We probably stayed about 2 hours total. When we first got there, there were maybe 5-7 dogs there. Zuka was excited but pretty nervous. She mostly hung out by us and just watched the other dogs. For about the first hour she was pretty timid. But then she started to get more brave. More and more dogs came and there were dogs that were more her size.

The other people there were great. They were understanding of her situation and were happy to give her a pet or tell her hello. It's fun being around so many dog lovers. We saw quite a variety of dogs! Labs, boxers, Australian shepherds, a Belgian shepherd, quite a few mixes, and even a big Rottweiler.

It was really good for her to be around other dogs. We will probably try to take her back once a month until she is a year and then rarely take her back.

This is how Zuka looks when we are getting ready to go somewhere. Consequently, she goes on a lot of rides with us haha
